Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for, accessing, or using FounderFlow (the "Service," operated by the FounderFlow team), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FounderFlow is an executive assistant and email intelligence tool that connects directly to your Google Account via OAuth. It automatically ingests, filters, and analyzes your email volume to extract priority sales leads, calendar updates, and high-level briefings.
3. Account Registration and Google OAuth Integration
To access and use our core features, you must grant us authorization via Google OAuth:
- You represent that you are the legitimate owner or authorized manager of the connected Google Workspace or Gmail account.
- You authorize us to read and fetch incoming email headers, bodies, metadata, and calendar settings to parse and display briefings on your dashboard.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access or data leakage resulting from secure credential loss on your side.
OAuth Scopes Requested
Third-Party Limitations and Liability
FounderFlow connects to third-party platforms (like Google and HubSpot CRM). We do not control Google's OAuth consent parameters, and we are not liable for any service interruptions, scope changes, rate-limiting, or suspension of your Google Accounts dictated directly by Google's API policies.
AI Processing and Accuracy
FounderFlow is an AI product. To classify your inbox, draft replies, and generate briefings, the content of your emails is sent to large language models operated by our AI sub-processors (OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to). This happens under zero-data-retention terms, and your content is never used to train any model. The full list is in our Privacy Policy.
AI output can be wrong. Classifications, revenue signals, and generated drafts are suggestions, not advice, and may misjudge intent, urgency, or fact. You remain responsible for reviewing anything before you act on it. No email is ever sent on your behalf without your explicit instruction, and we accept no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of AI output.
4. Acceptable Use Policies
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international security laws.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the database or infrastructure of FounderFlow.
- Authenticate or sync Gmail inboxes that do not belong to you or for which you lack explicit commercial consent to process sensitive personal data.
5. Intellectually Property
FounderFlow, our visual logos, brand design, backend logic, and dashboard user interfaces are the exclusive intellectual property of the FounderFlow development team. Your private email contents, intelligence reports, and CRM leads remain 100% your private property.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FounderFlow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe your actions violate these Terms or present a security threat to our platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material modifications, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or by displaying a warning alert on your dashboard login.
